Nicoya Industrial Park was founded in 2007 and began operations in 2011. Since then, it has become a strategic partner for nearshoring and industrial development in Mexicali, offering comprehensive solutions for both national and international companies.
The park spans over 865 Acres adjacent to the airport and only 14 minutes from the commercial border crossing, with immediate access to power, water, and fiber optic infrastructure. It offers available inventory for lease, Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects, and fully serviced land parcels.
Nicoya also stands out for having its own independent construction company, CONISA, and an in-house concrete plant, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness in every project.
